- Abstract
The article presents several court cases on real property law that were heard by the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Tax Court, and the Court of Appeals of Indiana. In the case Hardin v. McClintic, the Court of Appeals tackled issues of adverse possession claim and prescriptive easement, while the case Marsh v. Town of Dayton decided on the adequacy of a fiscal plan for proposed annexation under Indiana Code.
