- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old man with pneumoperitoneum that generated enough pressure to cause aortic occlusion. The patient was presented to the hospital with acute abdomen distention and mottled legs. He used recreational drugs 3 days prior and was positive for hepatitis C with cirrhosis.
