- Abstract
The article discusses implications of four chemicals aflatoxin, dioxin, cyanide in cassava and peanut allergens in the food consumption in Asian countries as per the study carried out by Foodborne Disease Burden Epidemiology Reference Group (FERG) under World Health Organization (WHO).
