- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 78-year-old male with shortness of breath and left bundle branch block. The patient was subjected to several tests including 2-dimensional echocardiography, invasive coronary angiography, and multislice cardiac tomography. The evaluation led to cardiac resynchronization therapy amid evaluation of the middle cardiac vein, posterolateral vein, and great cardiac vein. The images manifesting the arteries are also presented.
