- Abstract
The article presents a summary of the study "A pilot study of a web-based physical activity motivational program for adults with physical disabilities," by M. Kosma, B. J. Cardinal, and J. A. McCubbin, published in the "Disability and Rehabilitation: An International Multidisciplinary Journal." In the study the web-based Leisure TIme Physical Activity motivational program for physically inactive adults with physical disabilities was implemented and evaluated. 54% of the experimental group progressed to a more active stage within the Transtheoretical Model.
