- Abstract
The article focuses on the study regarding the creation of human hypoxia-incducible factor (HIF)-2α (HIF-2αDoN). It says that reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to monitor the splicing variants of HIF-2α. It mentions that total RNA was removed from human hepatoma HepG2. It reveals that a complex containing HIF-2αDoN and HIF-1β reduces the binding of authentic HIFs, particularly HIF-2 and hypoxia response elements (HREs).
