- Abstract
The article presents a study on the effect of the mice feeding with a diet β-Carotene and supplemental α-tocopherol to immune function of naive splenocytes. A study found that a diet feeding induced a higher secretion of interferon-y and interleukin-12 among murine naive splenocytes as a model for the primary response to immunization. However, the consistent with the suppressed immunoglobulin E production under similar condition was also described in the previous report.
