- Abstract
The article discusses a study that examined the genetic architecture in autoimmune diseases. Topics discussed include the identification of genomic regions identified in the genome-wide association study (GWAS), the approach to overcoming the linkage disequilibrium (LD) problem, the objective of locus enrichment and the Large Lupus Association Study 2 (LLAS 2) and the ImmunoChip (IC) array showing the efficiency of large-scale fine mapping.
