- Abstract
This article summarizes a study on the use of CAR-T therapy in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study found that patients who had B-cell recovery after CAR-T therapy had a higher rate of complete response (CR) compared to those who did not. The study also identified certain factors, such as disease status prior to apheresis and the number of CAR-T cells, as predictors for CR. The results emphasize the importance of monitoring CAR-T cells and disease status to identify patients at risk of treatment failure. The study was supported by grants from various organizations and the data is available upon request.
