- Abstract
The article presents a research study which examined the improvement of prognosis in patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) with rituximab maintenance therapy. A complete response (CR) before autologous stem cell transplantation (autoSCT) was obtained by 27 patients. The study showed that rituximab maintenance therapy was related to better progression-free survival (PFS), but not overall survival (OS) by univariate analysis.
