- Abstract
The article discusses how the U.S. government should address the issues on the compulsory disclosure requirements, particularly on the contributions to political nonprofit groups like political action committees (PAC) and educational, trade and charitable organizations. Other topics include the importance of transparency in campaign funding to protect the integrity of elections, and the issue of invasion of privacy in campaign donations.
