- Abstract
The article offers information on the case Germany v. Italy (Jurisdictional Immunities of the State), in which the International Court of Justice (ICJ) alleged Italy for serious violations of the right to immunity of Germany in relation to the international human rights law (IHRL) or the law of armed conflict (LOAC). It informs that the customary international law recognized an exception to state immunity for torts.
