- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old mother who presented with generalized lymphadenopathy 2 months after a vaginal delivery. She was treated as acute leukemia with a lymphoid leukemia protocol. At 18 months, her baby presented with fever & anemia. When tests showed monosomy 7 in marrow nucleated cells, the infant underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
