- Abstract
In this article the author discusses aspects of the climate change and ozone layer depletion prevention. He is critical of the global climate and ozone negotiations that allowed analysts to recommend agreement between smaller group of major emitters and showed that manufacturing can easily move from one country to another with various estimates claim on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Also investigated is the possibility that concerns on abrupt climate change in the 21st century is serious.
