- Abstract
The article discusses research on vaccination of pregnant women in Bangladesh. It references a study by K. Zaman et al published in a 2008 issue of the "New England Journal of Medicine." According to the study, influenza vaccine lowered the infant rate of influenza infection by 63 percent. It also found that vaccinated mothers are less at risk of respiratory illnesses.
