Presents a case report of a recurrent neurohypophyseal germinoma causing invasion localized to temporal bone marrow in a 25-year-old woman admitted with a complaint of polyuria and polydipsia as well as persisting generalized headache. Involvement of adjacent skull base after radiation therapy; Presence of enhancing suprasellar mass lesion without calcification in magnetic resonance and tomography studies.
