- Abstract
Dear Editor, Most cutaneous myiasis infections occur after travel to endemic regions such as tropical Central and South America. Rare cases of I Cuterebra i species infection have been reported on the East Coast of the U.S.A.[1] However, we have not found previous reports of infection with I Dermatobia hominis i in patients with no history of international travel.
