- Abstract
While PSS was not associated with change in A1c or proportion with A1c reduction >1%, patients with higher perceived social support were more likely to achieve an A1C below their HEDIS target at 12 weeks. Glycemic Control Within our cohort, 32% of patients had evidence of limited health literacy, consistent with other reports.[22] We observed a positive relationship between NVS and adjusted A1c reduction >1%, and adjusted absolute change in A1c.
