- Abstract
Objective of the study was to evaluate improvement in hearing outcomes following revision PORP and TORP Titannium prosthesis operations. Retrospective review of patients operated between 2012 and 2016 was performed. Pre- and postoperative audiograms were used to compare the changes in pure-tone averages (PTA), and air-bone gaps following reconstructive surgeries. Revision ossicular chain reconstruction is an acceptable method to improve residual conductive or mixed hearing loss.
