- Abstract
An abstract of the article "Clinical and Biological Significance of Lymph Node (LN) Micrometastasis in Colorectal Cancer" is presented. The study clarifies on the importance of LN mircometastasis detectable with immunohistochemistry (IHC) using the cytokeratin (CK)-20 antibody. Important details and results of the study are considered highlighting the significant usage of LN micrometastasis as a predictor of the recurrence of cancer in patients with node-negative colorectal cancer (CRC).
