- Abstract
The author discusses about detection and diagnosis of various types of cancers in patients. He mentions various cancer screening programs in order to provide treatment at the early stage and avoid the risks of morbidity. He offers information about the success of faecal immunochemical test (FIT) kits to measure the bowel screening and to compare the stage at diagnosis in patients who were invited to participate in the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program.
