- Abstract
To whom it may concern, Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude for your time and interest in our research, and for providing constructive advice that enhances the detailed description of our hybrid technique. It is worth noting that only patients with a narrow intervertebral space accompanied with locked facet joints or severe osteophyte stenosis are not candidates for this endoscopic-assisted OLIF technique, also not candidate for the whole indirect spine decompression surgeries full-endoscopic procedure is performed after part of standard OLIF processes of endplate preparation are completed. To the best of our knowledge, the working cannula diameters of the third-generation endoscopic spinal stenosis decompression system range from 5.5 to 7.1 mm, with viewing angles varying between 11° and 20°.
