- Abstract
The direction of oil and gas exploration and development in the Xihu sag has gradually shifted from structural traps to structural lithological traps. For the implementation of structural lithological traps, improving seismic resolution to characterize single stage river channels and predicting single stage reservoir thickness are particularly crucial. At present, conventional seismic data in gas field areas cannot meet the needs of describing single sand bodies. Reservoir prediction methods mainly rely on the correlation between seismic attributes and sand thickness, including multi-attribute fitting, neural networks, etc. However, they are greatly affected by surrounding rocks, and the seismic attributes of the target layer often cannot accurately reflect the true thickness of the sand body. This article improves the resolution of earthquakes through time-varying frequency division deconvolution, and achieves good results in characterizing single sand bodies in seismic. At the same time, support vector machines are used to consider the properties of surrounding rocks, and multi-attribute intelligent fusion is used to comprehensively predict the sand thickness of the target layer. The application of time-varying frequency division deconvolution and multi-attribute intelligent integration method in reservoir description for the B gas field in the Xihu sag has significantly improved the seismic resolution of the target layer, clearly delineated the three phase channel sand bodies of the H4 layer, and predicted the thickness error within 5 meters, effectively guiding the drilling and exploration of adjustment wells, providing favorable technical support for tapping the remaining oil and gas potential.
