- Abstract
The article looks at a study which identify the role of natural killer (NK) cells in interaction between the NK receptor NKp30 and its ligand in high-risk neuroblastoma patients. It mentions metastatic progression and survival of high-risk neuroblastoma after myeloablative multimodal chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation. It also mentions down-regulation of NKp30, bone marrow metastases, and chemoresistance and metastases after induction chemotherapy.
