- Abstract
The article focuses on case report which describes woman that presented with acute hypoxemia, bilateral pulmonary infiltrates and history of use of e-cigarette. Topics discussed include case of pulmonary alveolar proteinases (PAP) on basis of radiological and cytological findings, genetic mutations involving granulocyte–macrophage colony–stimulating factor (GM-CSF), and interpretation of presence of lipid-laden macrophages in lung.
