- Abstract
The article examines the therapeutic effects of rutin to attenuate the effects of benzo(a)pyrene, a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, which was exposed to the lungs of Swiss albino mice. It mentions the effects of rutin on the genotoxicity, inflammation, oxidative stress and apoptosis of lung cells and tissues using the DNA fragmentation method. It also mentions the results and statistical analysis of the research.
