- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 10-year-old female with end stage renal disease secondary to Branchio-Oto-Renal Syndrome who received a living related renal transplant at the age of six years. The researchers believe that this is the first reported case of a urothelial neoplasm in such a young transplant recipient. The issue of delayed recurrence at a different site and the options to minimize the risk of post-transplant neoplasia in this patient are also discussed.
