- Abstract
In this study, we quantitatively assessed the brain metabolism for anomic aphasia in patients with subcortical stroke. Poster 478 Brain Metabolism for Anomic Aphasia in Patients With Subcortical Stroke: A Pilot Study of Fluorine-18 Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography Images In the covariance analysis, the naming score was significantly associated with the brain metabolism in the left superior temporal gyrus, the left supramarginal gyrus, the left postcentral gyrus, the left inferior and middle frontal gyri ( I P i uncorrected, <.001).
