- Abstract
With about 7000 m depth of main gas reservoir and as high as 157 degree in temperature in Yuanba gas field, perforation is comfroted with a series of problems such as unstable performance of perforation equipment because of high temperature. Through perforating in drilling fluids, timely pulling out perforating string, sub-unit delay blasting and using of locating pin, problems such as gun block, string column off are avoided. The flexible use of a series tools including heat-resistant perforation bombs, detonating fuse, booster, and delay devices are to ensure perforation success rate and the open extent of the gas reservoir. Above measures are successfully implemented in Well YB10-C1 with 162 meters perforated interval, in which the bottom-hole temperature is up to 150 °C, and the highest deviation is 79.14 ° . The perforating emission rate is about 99.7 percent, and the formation is effectively communicated. The successful treatment provides reference of perforation operation in the same kind wells.
