Infertility is a public health problem. The interest of this study is to better understand the epidemiological profile of infertility in the eastern region ofMorocco. Methods: This is a crosssectional, descriptive study of 1 026 couples seen in consultation and at the services of the various health structures in the eastern region. The parameters studied are the prevalence of infertility in the region, the risk factors and the procedures undertaken by infertile couples. Results: The prevalence of couple infertility in our study is 14.42%. The average age is 38 years in men and 31 years inwomen. Infertility is primary in 71.62%of caseswith an average consultation period of 18 months compared to 2.5 years in the case of secondary infertility which represents 28.38% of cases. 72.97% of infertile women consulted a doctor compared to 48.65% of men. 43.91% of women took medical treatment for infertility compared to 14.86% in men. Regarding treatment with medically assisted procreation, only 8.11% benefited. Conclusion: The general profile of infertility is polymorphic. The results found in our study agree with those of the literature. Improving themanagement of infertility is based on good collaboration between practitioners and the establishment of medically assisted procreation units.
