- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old healthy man presented with oral, ocular, and genital lesions, corresponding to the distribution of Behçet's syndrome. Subsequent biopsy of the patient's targetoid lesions showed that he has erythema multiforme (EM), a self-limited hypersensitivity to herpes simplex virus (HSV), Mycoplasma pneumonia, and medications. He was treated with high dose of methylprednisolone for one week, which resolved the lesions and pains.
