- Abstract
The article presents a case report of 19-year-old female whose combined postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and Neurally mediated hypotension were refractory to multiple forms of conventional therapy but ultimately responded to droxidopa. She did not recall an antecedent illness or other trigger to her symptoms. For the next 5 years, she was unable to attend in-person high school due to her symptom burden.
