- Abstract
The article presents case studies of patients having necrobiotic xanthogranuloma (NXG) related to monoclonal gammopathy. A 65-year-old woman was referred for nodular eruption that was located around her neck where cervical skin biopsy revealed a layer of inflammatory elements on the reticular dermis. A 66-year-old man was presented with splenomegaly in which liver biopsy showed extensive portal fibrosis having incomplete regenerative nodules related to minor inflammation.
