- Authors

- Abstract
One of the driving goals of the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) is for all students to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be well-informed citizens (NGSS Lead States 2013). Mapping stakeholders Step 2: Decide rationale for mapping After identifying the stakeholders, students decided on the rationale and organizational structure of their maps. Then on the sticky notes, the group wrote "O" if the stakeholder approved the national wetland designation, "X" if the stakeholder disapproved, and " " if students were unsure of the stakeholder's position.
