- Abstract
The article presents a reprint of the article "Do Settlements Matter? An American Perspective," in which appeared in the Spring 2009 issue of "The Israel Journal of Foreign Affairs." It discusses the impact of Israeli settlement activities on the Arab-Israeli peace process. It features the views of former deputy national security adviser Elliot Abrams that settlements has nothing to do with the peace processes. It further argues on the cause of conflict between Palestinians and Israelis.
