- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 58-year-old man with contact lens-associated keratitis (CLAK), leading to complete vision loss and corneal perforation. Topics include the risk factors for CLAK, the clinical appearance of the patient's eye, the necessary investigations for diagnosis, and the management of the condition, which includes urgent ophthalmological review, culture and sensitivity testing, intensive antibiotic treatment, and possible surgical intervention.
