- Abstract
Joubert syndrome (JS) is a rare autosomal recessive developmental brain disorder that affects cerebellar vermis and brainstem. 1 SP st sp case: At 12 weeks fetus had unusual dilatation of the 4 SP th sp ventricle and anomaly of the cerebellum-brainstem representing molar tooth sign. There was herniation of obviously malformed brainstem and cerebellum and appearance was consistent with molar tooth sign.
