- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 21-year old woman who presented with left breast pain that was diagnosed to be juvenile papillomatosis, or Swiss cheese disease. The patient's ultrasound, biopsy of the mass and microscopic evaluation revealed cysts containing cloudy liquid and lesion with an admixture of fibrocystic changes. Results showed chronic inflammation and foamy macrophages in areas of previous cyst rupture.
