- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old man with an inter-trochanteric fracture on his left hip examined by radiographs. He was mobilized with weight bearing after 4 days and underwent open reduction and internal fixation using a dynamic hip screw (DHS). The article also discusses the Gorham disease, in which diagnosis can be done thorough biochemical screen and exclusion of other causes of massive osteolysis.
