- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old male patient who was admitted to the hospital for severe lesions of the right foot. It describes the patient's condition who underwent surgery to amputate his right toe and whose mother also had an amputation of her left leg due to similar conditions. The patient was diagnosed with diabetic foot which is a severe complication of diabetes and underwent routine insulin therapy, amputation of the foot, local care, and received antibiotics.
