- Abstract
The article presents a response to the comments of Gabriele Oettingen and Peter M. Gollwitzer on the connection between the embodied and symbolic modes of understanding in adults. They emphasize that the relationship between embodied and symbolic modes are unknown and unspecified but it is less influential in infants. They also note that the roadmap for embodied social psychology can be defined through the utilization of ontogenic approach in studying the embodied social psychology.
