- Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed well-circumscribed, non-enhancing lesion (20-30 mm) in right temporal horn with T1-hyper and T2-mixed intensity, and strong diffusion restriction (DWI). A 48-year-old male patient presented with fever and headache on-and-off for past five months followed by antegrade amnesia for two months. Patient's consent A full and detailed consent from the patient/guardian has been taken.
