- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 58-year-old female patient with a history of symptoms of Cushing's disease, and who developed Crooke's cell adenomas (CCA). The diagnosis was confirmed after the patient was subjected to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), histological examination and staining test for p27 and O6 methyl guanine methyl transferase (MGMT).
