- Abstract
The article focuses on the case of a fifty-seven-year-old man with cavernous sinus meningioma. Preoperative embolization was performed with polyvinyl alcohol particles of 45-150 millimeters in size via the meningohypophyseal trunk. Superselective angiographies through the medial branch of the middle meningeal artery confirmed the tumor stain without any pial supply.
