- Abstract
The article presents the issues related to budgetary resource allocation to science and technology by the next US administration. The author asks the scientific community to put pressure for maximum funds on the parties, and indicates that there are voices in both political parties, about American economic strength, that depends on the contribution of the scientific community. The article also presents that policy makers must set the goals and allow the scientific community to achieve it.
