The article s information on the creating a virtual environment to enable two-way learning about the relevance of clinical research. Topics discussed include challenges faced by the cystic fibrosis (CF) individual and their families due to barriers of geography, time, expense and risk of cross infection; creating interactive sessions that reflected the diversity of the issues and importance to the community; and knowledge of the state of CF infections and treatments and the gut microbiome.
