- Abstract
The article discusses the clinical and laboratory findings for the case of a 34-year-old man traveler who was infected with Zika virus infection returning to China, after working from Caracas, Venezuela. Topics discussed include the unremarkable general clinical examination of the patient, the result complete blood cell count and liver function tests within reference ranges. Also mentions the conducted next-generation genome sequencing of the Zika virus genome using the MiSeq platform.
