- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated novel bat coronaviruses in Brazil and Mexico. Samples from 97 bats from Brazil and 75 bats from Mexico were analyzed by the researchers. Also included in the study were bats from a variety of species, including insectivorous, nectarivorous, frugivorous and hematophagous bats.
