- Abstract
The article presents a study of the central motor conduction changes relative to muscle contraction force in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients during muscle fatigue and recovery. It uses transcarnial magnetic stimulation was quantified using the triple stimulation protocol and calculate central conduction index (CCI). Results showed that the drop in central motor conduction during fatiguing exercise is less observed in MS patients compared to healthy subjects.
