- Abstract
The article reports on the treatment for malignant pediatric brain tumors using anti-phagocytic axis by a humanized anti-CD47 antibody. It cites on the morbidity and mortality of brain tumors in the absence of effective therapies. The article also reports on the safety of Hu5F9-G4, an anti-CD47 antibody for an effective therapeutic agent in managing pediatric central nervous system malignancies.
